In this regard and in accordance with the guidance of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei (may God protect him), and the approval of the Supreme National Security Council and given Iran and the Resistance’s upper hand on the battlefield and the enemy’s inability to carry out its threats despite all its claims and the official acceptance of all the rightful demands of the Iranian people, it has been decided that negotiations shall be held in Islamabad, to finalize the details, so that within a maximum of 15 days, Iran’s victory on the battlefield will also be consolidated in political negotiations.

In this regard, Iran, while rejecting all plans presented by the enemy, drafted a 10-point plan and submitted it to the American side through Pakistan, emphasizing fundamental points including: controlled passage through the Strait of Hormuz in coordination with Iran’s Armed Forces — which grants Iran a unique economic and geopolitical position; the necessity of ending the war against all components of the Axis of Resistance — which would constitute a historic defeat of the aggression by the child-killing Israeli regime; the departure of American combat forces from all bases and positions in the region; the establishment of a secure transit protocol in the Strait of Hormuz that guarantees Iran’s dominance according to the agreed protocol; full payment of reparations to Iran according to estimates; the lifting of all primary and secondary sanctions and Board of Governors and Security Council resolutions; the release of all of Iran’s blocked assets and properties abroad; and finally, the ratification of all these items in a binding UN Security Council resolution. These negotiations will begin with complete distrust of the American side starting Friday, Farvardin 21 [April 10] in Islamabad, and Iran will allocate two weeks for these negotiations.
