On August 6, 2024, in a foolish attempt to terrorize Russian civilians, ward off defeat with a PR stunt and quickly gain territories through a less defended Russian border region, the Atlanticist forces started toward Kursk an offensive which from its beginning, was promised the same success than German Nazi operation Wacht am Rhein, in December 1944, Belgian Ardennes. Clues of war crimes against Russian civilians have surfaced quickly. One case became formal on January 31, 2025, with the indictment of Evgeny Fabrisenko, a Ukrainain serviceman, involved with others in rapes and the murders of 22 civilians in Russkoe Porechnoye, Kursk region.

War crimes are usual within regular and paramilitary forces that Nazi ideology is infecting since the West-backed far-right coup in Kiev, on February 21, 2014. We already know that the Ukrainian command is able to carry out missile strikes against civilians who are allegedly its own. That ability was formally proven on September 6, 2023, in Konstantinovka, still occupied part of Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR). Actually, the Ukrainian authorities are suspecting Donbass residents of being Russia supporters. The goal of a false flag is to falsely accuse Russia of these crimes and its target is the Western public, via servile Western media. In a new case on February 1, 2025, the victims are moreover Russian citizens. Here is a timeline.

The Russian air defense detects six HIMARS launches from Malaya Rybitsa, Sumy region, in the direction of Kursk region : one at 6:43 pm, Moscow time -5:43 pm, Kiev time-, another at 6:48 pm and four at 6:53. Russian surveillance drones are even recording the launches.

At 9:55 pm, Kiev time, Volodymyr Zelenskyy adds his trivial blurb on social networks. At 10:38 pm, the Kyiv Independent clarifies that according to the army, the shelter would have primarily housed elderly residents, whose 95 could be trapped under the rubble.

Ukrainian authorities and media are reporting that the victims would have been waiting there for their evacuation [my hypothesis is that if there were civilians inside the building, they would have been local residents, i.e. Russian ones, whom Ukrainian occupation authorities would have forced to gather there]. The reports are emphasizing that Ukrainian emergency services are working on the site, in order to rescue the victims. The story occurs conveniently the day after Russian justice has disclosed substantiated Ukrainian war crimes against Russian civilians in Kursk region.
