The 90 Palestinian hostages are 69 women and 11 children. Most if not all were detained without charge, under an administrative procedure which is allowing the Israeli occupiers to arrest and detain anybody during 6 months, indefinitely renewable. They are released from Ofer prison, occupied West Bank, where inmates are usually victims of a large variety of abuses, to say the least
